The great thing about groups is that they are all different. The format and atmosphere for the mountain climbing group will be a little different than the group that meets to pray for Tibet. The Group leader's email and/or phone number will be in their description. Once you find a Group you're interested in, shoot them an email or give them a ring and they'll give you all the info you need.
