*Option 1:  Off-campus group leaders can make arrangements to provide childcare for their group, but you must take caution in hiring or seeking volunteers to do this.  You as the leader are responsible for enforcing these requirements in order to provide a safe environment for children, and protect yourself and those caring for children.  Failure to comply with these requirements could result in your own liability.

                Off-Campus Group Childcare Requirements

·         There must be at least 2 childcare providers with children at all times--children should never be left under the supervision of only one person.

·         Only the parents/guardians can take their own children to the bathroom or change their diapers.

*Option 2:  Free childcare is available for groups meeting on or off campus if they meet on Monday or Thursday (9:30 am drop off/1 pm pick up) and  Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (6:30 pm drop off/9 pm pick up).  All groups meeting on campus must utilize this childcare service.  Arrangements can be made automatically online when you "Submit a Group" [see details below], or by emailing kidslife@newlifechurch.org  or calling KidsLifePhone at 265-3157 . Parents must make reservations in advance.

*Parents/guardians are always encouraged to make their own individual arrangements for the care of their children while they themselves are attending a small group.
